Oh well. I don't take criticism too well either.

On a darker note Victoria's transport minister *metaphorically outlaws rail construction* in response to positive reactions from the new rail being built, which is the second rail built in Victoria in the last 115 years (first being the City Loop)

When you go into something creative, it's something that you need to be able to handle.

I know that GladiatorRomanus can't handle it for a fact since when I commented on one of his pics that creeped me out for looking more like the Flintstones than The Simpsons he asked Gustavo to delete both the pic and my response, only for when he completed the pic for me to give the same response.

The one thing I don't do often is back down.

And one of them is that deletion of accounts is denied to everyone but me. So, they'd have to ask me really nicely. :P And even then, they'd have a 0.00000000001% chance that I'll actually do it.

Deleted accounts can make a forum look strange. People responding to posts that has been deleted.
What makes more sense is marking an account inactive. I miss an automatic function on DA that marks an account inactive when the user has not been logged in for over a year. ( You could have the option for the user to set that mark himself ) As it is now you sometimes run find accounts where the activity is hidden, and you don't know if it is active anymore.

When you go into something creative, it's something that you need to be able to handle.
Criticism is more or less automatic on DA. Lots of faves; then you are good. Few faves; then you have to think again. You have to be able to live with that.

Posts aren't deleted, but the user account is. The posts are simply labelled as being posted by a Guest. I don't like the way that looks, which is why deletion is removed.

Criticism is more or less automatic on DA. Lots of faves; then you are good. Few faves; then you have to think again. You have to be able to live with that.
On DA you can speak with your faves, or your comments. The comments hold more weight IMO. Some people can't handle that there will be people who wont like what they created and can be quite vocal about it. But so long as you can think about what they say and take their opinion as that and use it as feedback for the future then that's what's important.

The ones that can't take criticism are arrogant enough to believe that their creation/skills don't need improvement.

Gary, I know you're gonna hate me for saying this, but I think GameFAQs should exclude Final Fantasy characters from future Character Battles. They always win, and the current one has 27! When just one would be overkill with all the fangirls fawning over Cloud, even if he's not in it. On that note they should exclude Zelda characters as well. Link's won all but three! And maybe Mario characters as well. Give these franchises their own tournaments.

It seems Reddit's set its maximum thread creation time for some threads to nothing, causing them to instantly redirect to an error before it even registers a connection. See for yourself.

It is now, but it wasn't before. Given how consistently it happened with a few threads I wondered if it was just me or if there really was an error...

18 MBits/sec downstream is actually decent. Though, when doing those kinds of tests, you're best off using a server that's quite far away, so run a test using an American or British server.

What kind of network are you on, cable or DSL?

For reference my speed ranges from 30-50 MBits/sec downstream.

Yeah, that's to be expected. Still decent enough for most general use.

Not so much if you're a heavy user like I am. :P

And geez, you actually have bandwidth limits? That's not cool. Most ISP's in the UK at least offer unlimited downloading. But not every country has the same infrastructure.

Abbot got in, and his broadband scheme is truly laughable. It's actually comparable to dial-up in parts of eastern Europe.

Also, they revealed the full type matchups for the new Fairy type. Can't say I'm surprised. People don't seem to understand why it's weak against Steel, but I say look it up, people!

It also turns out Kyouko has boobs, at least I think she does. (It looks like there's a shadow under her breasts...)

You are aware that dial-up speeds are the same anywhere right? America, Australia, Britain, Dial-up is ALWAYS 56kb/sec (and that's Kilobits, not kilobytes by the way)

I just noticed a huge coincidence:
Kyouko Kasodani first appeared in the second stage of Touhou 13, and she had recently converted to Buddhism. In The Simpsons, Lisa converted to Buddhism in She of Little Faith, which is in Season 13 and has production code DABF02. Both also have a canon interest in music.

No one cares. Remember the forum is not a notebook, if you want one go down to your local stationary store and buy one.
