No. It didn't. If it timed out, then it wouldn't have done. Sometimes browsers can throw time out errors, even though the server is online, so trying another browser would be worth a shot.

Yeah it was really annoying me. I would get to the end of the checkout process and then it would throw me right back to the start. It took me about 7 shots before it got through to the confirmation page (luckily it did only charge me once). So friggin annoying.

This parcel came today, but #79 turned out to be the UK edition, not the US edition like I was expecting. Given that the amount I paid in most cases would've only gotten me one issue, I'm fine with that. I can sell it on again later with the other 198 UK issues. :P

^ I also threw in Bart Simpson #24 into the 10p mix. But Super Spectacular #1 was raised to £3.20.

I also lost the 80pg Radioactive Man Colossal and THOH #4. :(

I've found a lot of all Bongo Free For All's too. But for now, I'm only keeping watch, and I'll bid in a few days. :P

The two Zongo books (Fleener) are pretty weird. All black and white, the letters are all hand-written. The first issue has no talking whatsoever, and the panels are tiny for a comic (they look like there could be as many as 10 or 12 per page). Hopster's is completely black and white, but has dialogue. Roswell and Heroes looked the most interesting, Roswell is a standard full-colour comic, but Heroes is black and white plus only a single shade of color used per issue (for example, one issue uses blue tints, the next uses red, the next uses green, etc). Can't wait to have time to sit down and read them.

Roswell is quit funny. It is a parody of US peoples craziness about little green men from outer space, and technology as a whole back in the 50'ies. Things go completely mad at times. I have 1 to 4 in one book.

I recently bought Bart Simpson 69, but because I didn't have the money in my paypal account rather than having to use my bank, I have to wait until around the 28th before the guy will mail it, which is fair, as he's waiting for the cheque to clear.

I just made a nice haul of Simpsons Comics #1 straight through to #72 for £50.

According to the prices used on MyComicShop.com, those 72 would be worth about £400, which is a nice 700% profit. :P

I'm gonna wait on another auction of Radioactive Man Comics before I ask my old man for the funding. :P

I also managed to get the Radioactive Man set as well consisting of #1, #4, #100, #106, #222, #575, #679, #1000, and the Movie Adaption.

The Movie Adaption was the main one I was after, as I couldn't find it anywhere and would probably have been one of the hardest for me to get a hold of.

Failing that, you can buy two copies and I'll buy the second off you, with European postage. :P

One shop on eBay in Nebraska is trying to charge £20 for postage... WTF.

Just bought:

Simpsons Comics 73 and 74 as well as Simpsons Illustrated 3 and 4 from MyComicShop.com to get Illustrated up to date and to fill a small gap with Simpsons Comics where it jumped from 72 to 75. No UK store on ebay stocked Illustrated anymore...

That'll take a couple of weeks.

I also got Bart Simpson 76, Maggie Comic (Aragones Cover) and Simpsons Comics 196.

I had a little catching up to do. :P
