Well. Hello there, and welcome to The War of the Simpsons, a semi-new website from the owner of The Cutest Baby and the creator of Lisa the Beauty Queen. This site is here to replace the two of those sites and combine them into one, and add loads more content based on the show. I decided to do this because I was getting bored with running a character site and it was severely limiting on what I could do, so I decided to move to a general one.

For those that wanted to keep TCB as it was, then don't worry as eventually, a setting will be implemented where you will be allowed to switch back to TCB and once again only receive Maggie content for view (but updates will still be general), LTBQ will also get that treatment, but it wont be on the Lisa subdomain.

So until then, lets roll out the content, now for obvious reasons, I wont go over all of the content that has been made for the site in the past year, that's right, the site has been in development for more than a year, so instead, what I'll do is I'll go over some of my favourites.

In the information section, we have a Lists page which features some rather original lists that I've not see on any other English websites such as the Paintings page that covers all the various (real) artwork that has been on the show, and the Arrests page outlining when a character has been arrested as well as usual suspects like Couch Gags, Blackboard Gags, and Penant Jokes.

The gallery is still pretty big, as we have about 1,250 Grabpics in our collection which says alot, of course, because of TCB and LTBQ, Lisa and Maggie are high above in numbers over the rest, but I am placing limits on the number of grabs that will be created of those two characters so the rest can catch up.

Also, within all, if not most of the galleries, the thumbnail images are larger than they were on TCB and LTBQ. This is so that you can easily spot what they are, and also for the HD Level Framegrabs, they have been cropped to fit, rather than stretched, so they are of better quality.

Not all of the content has been transferred from TCB or LTBQ to WOTS, but they will be gradually, the reason is that those sections do not currently have content for other characters besides Lisa and Maggie, or I just didn't bother with it because the section was so small in the first place.

Also, most of the information sections only cover up to Season 12 as thats as far as I got for Framegrabs, I'll be adding Season 16 onwards at some point and Season 13-15 as they come on DVD.

I hope this new switch over means more updates, TCB really slowed down in the end, you'd be lucky if you got one update a year

It should mean more updates, since now there's loads more content to work with.

No. They're still there. And I do plan on featuring them on the site.
